For disputes that can't be resolved informally, these terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in New Zealand courts. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Wellington, New Zealand for resolution of disputes.
You can stop using DRAGONSOCIAL anytime. Just close your browser and don't come back. If you want your account formally deleted, contact us and we'll handle it according to our privacy policy. Some information might be retained for legal or operational reasons even after account deletion.
We can terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, particularly if you violate these terms, engage in harmful conduct, or if we believe continued access poses risks to the platform or other users. Termination doesn't eliminate obligations you incurred before termination, and certain provisions of these terms survive termination.
While DRAGONSOCIAL doesn't involve real money, we're committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. If your usage patterns suggest problematic behavior, we may reach out with resources or implement account restrictions. This isn't punishment - it's looking out for your wellbeing.
